About Rachel

Hi, I'm Rachel Daly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in trauma, anxiety, and EMDR therapy. I believe that healing happens in relationships—in a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe enough to explore what's been too heavy to carry alone.

My work is informed by trauma-informed care, somatic awareness, and a deep respect for your unique story. I use EMDR, mindfulness, and parts work to help you process what's been stuck and reconnect with your inherent resilience.

Outside of sessions, I'm passionate about making mental health resources accessible and reducing the stigma around asking for help. This site is one small way I hope to offer support beyond the therapy room.

My Philosophy

You are not broken. You are responding to what you've been through. My job is to walk alongside you as you reclaim your sense of safety, choice, and wholeness.

Therapy should feel like a collaborative process—one where your voice, your pace, and your needs are centered. I'll offer tools, but you're the expert on your own life.

Healing isn't linear. Some days will feel lighter, and some will feel hard. Both are part of the journey, and both are welcome here.
