What to Expect When You Call
Crisis lines are confidential. You don't have to give your name if you don't want to. A trained counselor will listen, offer support, and help you create a safety plan.
You won't be judged. Crisis counselors are there to help, not to judge or shame you. They understand that reaching out takes courage.
It's okay to hang up and call back. If you're not ready to talk or the connection doesn't feel right, you can always hang up and try again.
